The old finish is stripped and the wheel is sandblasted to prepare the surface for refinishing.

Tires still mounted?
Add $90/set, which includes tire dismounting, remounting and rebalancing.
Deep curb rash?
Repair is included. Where needed, we TIG-weld aluminum to rebuild deep curb damage rather than relying on filler.

Repair Damage
Curb rash is repaired before coating. Deep curb damage can be built back up with aluminum by TIG welding, then machined back to shape where needed.

Powder Coat
Powder is applied in the selected colour and finish in our coating area.

Oven Cure
The coated wheels are cured in our oven to produce the finished powder-coated surface.

You can choose from work on our Instagram, browse Emerald Coatings, or send us a reference photo/link and we will match it as closely as possible using available powder colours.
Photos and screens can display colour differently, so an exact colour match cannot always be guaranteed.
