The wheel is checked and corrected using equipment intended for rim straightening.

Measure
Check wheel runout with a dial indicator and locate the bend.

Controlled Heat
Controlled heat is used where appropriate during the straightening process.

Hydraulic Straightening
The hydraulic piston applies controlled pressure directly to the affected section.

Final Check
Rotate and measure the wheel again to verify corrected runout.
